Profile
Builds and maintains communications networks, clean-energy and heavy-civil projects, power-delivery systems and pipelines, primarily across North America. Revenue comes from engineering, construction and maintenance work for customers’ infrastructure programs, while acquisitions have expanded capabilities and customer relationships.
Designs, builds, installs and maintains infrastructure primarily across North America. Communications covers wireless, wireline and fiber networks; Clean Energy and Infrastructure spans renewable generation, storage and heavy-civil work; Power Delivery serves electric and gas systems; Pipeline Infrastructure handles natural-gas, water and carbon-related pipelines.
Execution rests on skilled crews, safety practices, engineering, project management and reliable delivery across a large operating footprint. Acquisitions have added capabilities, geography, workers and customer relationships, moving the platform beyond its telecommunications roots.
Results depend on customers’ capital programs, labor availability, weather, permitting and contract continuity. Project performance and successful integration of acquired operations also shape the business.
