Profile

Ryerson Holding CorporationRYZIndustrials

Processes and distributes metals through a service-center network, adding cutting, forming, machining, and other value-added work. The post-Olympic business is North America-centered, serves manufacturers and fabricators, and depends on metal availability, service levels, timely delivery, pricing discipline, and steel/aluminum demand.

Processes and distributes carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and related metals through a single metals-service-center segment. Products include coils, sheets, bars, plates, structurals, tubing, pipe, valves, fittings, tin plate, and metal-intensive end-use products after the Olympic Steel merger.

Adds value through cutting, slitting, machining, forming, welding, polishing, and related processing before delivery. The operating model combines broad inventory, local service centers, and supply-chain execution for customers ranging from fabricators and machine shops to original equipment manufacturers.

Operates mainly across North America, with additional activity in China. The business depends on metal availability, competitive service levels, timely delivery, pricing discipline, and the integration of the Olympic Steel platform.
