Third Coast Bancshares, Inc.TCBXFinancials

A Texas-only commercial bank holding company earning most revenue from net interest income on commercial, industrial, construction, and real estate lending across Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Austin-San Antonio, built around a relationship-manager model serving small and medium-sized regional businesses rather than national retail banking.

Operates as a Texas-only commercial bank holding company through a single reportable segment, earning most revenue from net interest income on commercial, industrial, construction, and real estate loans, with a smaller stream from deposit fees and an in-house factoring subsidiary.

Branches cluster in Texas's largest metros — Greater Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Austin-San Antonio — plus two rural outposts, built around relationship managers serving small and medium-sized regional businesses rather than a national retail base.

Founded in 2008 near Houston, the bank grew through a merger of equals, an initial public offering in 2021, a later shift in stock exchange listing, and a subsequent bank merger that extended its footprint into the Austin market.

Combined construction and commercial-real-estate lending makes up roughly half the loan book, and the bank operates under Texas state savings-bank and Federal Reserve holding-company oversight.
