Profile

VSE CorporationVSECIndustrials

Distributes aftermarket aircraft parts and earns service revenue from component, engine, accessory, avionics, and wheel-and-brake repair, alongside rotable exchange and supply-chain support. One Aviation segment serves commercial, cargo, business and general aviation, rotorcraft, and defense customers through a global repair and distribution network.

Supplies aftermarket aircraft and airframe parts and repairs engines, auxiliary power units, avionics, fuel controls, pneumatics, hydraulics, wheels, brakes, and other components. Rotable exchange, supply-chain support, OEM-licensed manufacturing, and proprietary repair solutions extend the offering across commercial, cargo, business and general aviation, rotorcraft, and defense markets worldwide.

Operates as one Aviation segment after selling the Federal and Defense and Fleet businesses. A global network of repair facilities and distribution centers combines stocked parts, technical repair capability, and OEM programs; Precision Aviation Group and NorthStar added avionics, engine services, logistics, and proprietary content. Operations depend on OEM relationships, parts availability, skilled technicians, third-party delivery networks, aviation approvals, and a material affiliated customer group.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
