Sells military drones, avionics and training services while developing Jaunt electric-aircraft programs. The business was assembled from acquired aerospace companies, generates most sales from Drones, and depends on government customers, FAA oversight and certification work.
Builds across four reportable segments: Drones, Avionics, Training and Electric Air Mobility. Drones sells military systems through Sky-Watch and develops command-and-control tools and cargo drone prototypes, while Avionics sells Aspen flight displays, Connected Panels and GPS/GNSS sensors.
Training provides CDI-branded pilot training, adversary air, ISR support and related military services. Electric Air Mobility operates through Jaunt, where cargo-focused electric and hybrid-electric rotorcraft programs remain pre-revenue and certification-driven.
The platform was assembled through acquired aerospace businesses and is headquartered in McLean, with operations spanning U.S. drone R&D, avionics assembly, defense training facilities and Denmark-based drone manufacturing. Sales are currently concentrated in Drones and in a small customer base, with government contracting rules and FAA oversight shaping execution.
