Profile
Designs Audio and HPMS chips spanning codecs, amplifiers, camera controllers, haptics, sensing and power. Operates as a fabless, single-segment business whose sales are concentrated in Apple-linked consumer devices.
Designs proprietary semiconductors across two product lines within one reportable segment. Audio includes amplifiers, codecs, converters and digital signal processors; HPMS covers camera controllers, haptics and sensing, and battery and power chips. Products serve smartphones first, with additional use in PCs, automotive, industrial, imaging and professional audio applications.
Builds on low-power analog and mixed-signal expertise while operating without its own wafer fabrication. Most wafers are produced by TSMC in Taiwan and GlobalFoundries in Singapore and Germany, with third parties also handling assembly and test.
Revenue depends heavily on Apple and on a limited set of consumer-device programs. Product acceptance, smartphone cycles, design wins and concentrated foundry capacity shape business results.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
