Profile

Designer Brands Inc.DBIConsumer Discretionary

Retail carries DSW, The Shoe Co. and Rubino stores and websites, while Brand Portfolio sells Vince Camuto, Keds and Topo through wholesale, internal retail and direct channels. Operations are centered in the U.S. and Canada, with sourcing and distribution ties beyond North America.

The Retail segment runs DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse, The Shoe Co. and Rubino stores and e-commerce, selling brand-name and designer footwear and accessories. Brand Portfolio designs, sources and sells owned and licensed labels including Vince Camuto, Keds and Topo through wholesale, internal retail and brand websites.

The footprint is concentrated in the United States and Canada, while Brand Portfolio also reaches international distributors and uses sourcing and design capabilities added with Camuto. Execution rests on footwear merchandising, store and digital traffic, and turning owned-brand design into both retail shelf space and wholesale demand.

The business depends on consumer discretionary shoe spending, third-party brand access, leased retail locations and supplier/distribution networks.
