Product teams study repair challenges and original-part failure modes, then design direct replacements, upgraded OE FIX parts, and solutions new to the aftermarket. Sales run mainly through North American aftermarket retailers, dealers, distributors, and online channels, with most revenue generated in the United States.

Light Duty is the core business; Heavy Duty serves commercial vehicles, and Specialty Vehicle covers UTV and ATV parts and accessories. Third parties manufacture most light- and heavy-duty products, non-U.S. sourcing predominates, and two customers account for a substantial share of sales.
