Profile

Everus Construction Group, Inc.ECGIndustrials

Provides electrical, mechanical, and transmission-and-distribution construction services for utility, commercial, industrial, institutional, transportation, and renewable customers. Revenue comes through a network of locally branded operating companies serving U.S. markets.

Electrical & Mechanical work includes electrical and communications wiring, fire suppression, mechanical piping, and related services. Transmission & Distribution builds overhead and underground electric, gas, and communications infrastructure, and supplies transmission-line construction equipment and tools.

The two reportable segments support utility, transportation, commercial, industrial, institutional, renewable, and other construction customers across the United States. Construction services are delivered through a network of locally branded operating companies rather than a single national contractor brand.

Local operating companies source labor and work under corporate oversight of staffing and on-site project leadership across the network. Workforce levels fluctuate with project scale.
