Profile
Operates FirstBank across Tennessee and nearby Southeastern markets, earning mainly from interest on commercial and consumer loans funded by deposits. Mortgage origination and sales, treasury management, trust and investment services add fee income, while results remain sensitive to funding costs and borrower credit.
Operates FirstBank, a community-focused regional bank offering commercial and consumer loans, deposits, treasury management, cards, trust and investment services. Its Mortgage segment originates residential loans for sale into the secondary market and earns origination, sale and servicing income. The branch and relationship-banking footprint centers on Tennessee and extends across Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky and North Carolina.
Pairs locally empowered bankers with a broad product set and scalable platform, growing through new markets and bank acquisitions. The completed Southern States combination deepened coverage in Alabama, Georgia and Atlanta. Earnings depend chiefly on the spread between interest-earning assets and deposit or borrowing costs, borrower credit performance, mortgage-market execution, bank capital rules and federal and state supervision.
