The Gorman-Rupp CompanyGRCIndustrials

Designs and manufactures pumps and integrated systems for water and wastewater, fire protection, construction, industrial, agriculture, petroleum-transfer, HVAC, and OEM uses. Sales flow through distributors and direct channels worldwide, while the installed base creates periodic replacement-parts demand.

Designs and manufactures pumps and complete pumping systems for municipal water and wastewater, fire suppression, construction and dewatering, industrial and HVAC, agriculture, refined-petroleum transfer, and OEM applications. The portfolio spans self-priming centrifugal, vertical-turbine, submersible, rotary, and other pump designs, including large integrated water and wastewater stations.

Reaches customers through distributors, manufacturers' representatives, retailers, e-commerce, and direct sales, shipping into about 140 countries while keeping most manufacturing in the United States. Application engineering, delivery, service, and an installed base that drives replacement-parts demand support the model.

Operates as one pumps-and-pump-systems segment. Production relies on purchased materials and components, while motors and engines for pump systems come from a limited supplier base.
