Profile
Formulates, manufactures, blends, and distributes chemicals and specialty ingredients for water treatment, food and health sciences, and industrial markets. Water treatment is the largest segment, combining chemicals with equipment, engineered systems, rentals, and technician-supported delivery across a growing U.S. branch network.
Formulates, manufactures, blends, and distributes chemicals and specialty ingredients through Water Treatment, Food and Health Sciences, and Industrial Solutions. Water Treatment combines treatment chemicals with filtration media, equipment, engineered systems, rentals, and technician-supported delivery for municipal, industrial, pool, and agricultural water customers, mainly across the eastern two-thirds of the United States.
Food and Health Sciences supplies nutrition, food, pharmaceutical, and agricultural manufacturers with ingredients, formulation, processing, and blending. Industrial Solutions handles acids, alkalis, custom blends, and repackaged bulk chemicals through plants and terminals. Shared raw materials and facilities support purchasing efficiency, while acquisitions broaden the water-treatment footprint. Operations depend on chemical availability, logistics, integration, and environmental, safety, transport, storage, and product regulation.
