Profile
Supplies engineered metal components and assemblies to OEM customers across commercial vehicles, construction equipment, powersports, agriculture, military, and data center or critical-power markets. Revenue is managed as one reporting segment, with customer concentration and cyclical industrial demand shaping results.
Provides design, prototyping and tooling, fabrication, aluminum extrusion, coating, assembly, and aftermarket components for OEM customers. Work spans commercial vehicles, construction and access equipment, powersports, agriculture, military, data center and critical-power infrastructure, and other industrial applications.
Operations are concentrated in the United States and managed as one reporting segment rather than separate product divisions. Recent acquisitions added aluminum extrusion and Accu-Fab's sheet-metal fabrication, integration, and specialized finishing capabilities.
The model depends on embedded Tier I supply relationships, manufacturing execution, and large OEM programs. Customer concentration, cyclical industrial demand, and credit-funded acquisition growth shape the business, while data center and critical-power projects have become a larger direction under MBX.
