Profile
Supplies precision components, subsystems and surgical consumables to medical, life science and advanced-industrial OEMs through Automation Enabling Technologies and Medical Solutions. Revenue comes mainly from engineered placements in long-life equipment platforms, with meaningful exposure to a small number of medical customers.
Supplies precision components, subsystems and consumables to medical, life science and advanced-industrial equipment makers. Automation Enabling Technologies spans laser beam steering and sources, robotic and precision motion, end-of-arm tooling and air-bearing spindles. Medical Solutions covers insufflators, endoscopic pumps and disposables, imaging and RFID, motion control, light engines and integrated operating-room systems; Riverpoint adds surgical fibers and related minimally invasive consumables.
Wins long-cycle OEM placements by tailoring proprietary hardware and software to demanding applications, then sells mainly through technical direct-sales teams. Operations and customers span North America, Europe and Asia, with manufacturing distributed across those regions.
Revenue depends on OEM design cycles, hospital and industrial capital spending, medical-device regulation and acquisition integration. A small number of medical OEM customers account for a meaningful share of sales.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
