Profile
Builds large-scale sites and electrical systems for data centers, semiconductor plants, and industrial facilities, while also handling transportation infrastructure and residential and commercial concrete work. E-Infrastructure now supplies most revenue, tying results to mission-critical capital programs alongside public construction and regional housing demand.
Builds and services infrastructure through E-Infrastructure Solutions, Transportation Solutions, and Building Solutions across the United States and Pacific islands. E-Infrastructure now accounts for most activity, combining large-scale site development—earthwork, grading, and underground utilities—with mission-critical electrical contracting for data centers, semiconductor plants, manufacturing sites, distribution facilities, and power projects.
Transportation Solutions constructs and rehabilitates highways, bridges, airports, ports, rail systems, and drainage infrastructure, while Building Solutions supplies residential and commercial concrete foundations, plumbing, and surveying. Pairing site preparation with electrical services broadens its scope on mission-critical campuses; the transportation portfolio has also shifted away from low-bid Texas highway work. Demand depends on customer capital programs, public infrastructure funding, and regional housing construction.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
