Profile

Tutor Perini CorporationTPCIndustrials

Builds civil infrastructure, specialized buildings, and electrical and mechanical systems for public agencies and private clients, earning revenue through general contracting, construction management, and design-build work. In-house specialty trades support complex projects, while public-sector customers and fixed-price contracts dominate the backlog.

Builds large civil infrastructure, specialized buildings, and trade systems through the Civil, Building, and Specialty Contractors segments. Civil work covers mass transit, tunnels, bridges, highways, water facilities, and military infrastructure. Building serves healthcare, detention, education, government, technology, hospitality, and commercial markets, while Specialty Contractors installs electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire-protection systems.

Combines general contracting, construction management, and design-build delivery with in-house trades that let project teams self-perform substantial scopes and coordinate complex schedules. Operations are concentrated across the United States and its territories, with Asia-Pacific work centered on Guam. Public agencies account for most backlog, and fixed-price contracts predominate; results therefore depend on government funding, surety bonding, cost estimates, union labor, and execution across long project cycles.
