Profile
Designs and manufactures pressure cylinders and tanks, HVAC and roofing components, construction systems, tools, outdoor-living products, and balloon kits. Building Products generates most sales, while equity joint ventures supply ceiling grids and steel framing; demand is concentrated in U.S. construction, repair, and retail markets.
Designs and manufactures two portfolios. Building Products covers pressurized containment for heating, cooking, cooling, and water; HVAC components; and metal-roofing clips. Unconsolidated joint ventures supply ceiling suspension systems and light-gauge steel framing. Consumer Products spans tools, outdoor living, and celebrations, including fuel cylinders, handheld torches, specialty and drywall tools, gas griddles and pizza ovens, and helium balloon kits.
Sells mainly into United States construction, repair and remodel, and retail markets, with smaller European operations. Execution combines metal-forming and pressurized-containment engineering, certification to transport and industry standards, scaled manufacturing, brand development, retailer relationships, and acquisition integration. Results depend on construction activity, consumer demand, a major retail customer, joint-venture performance, and the cost of steel, propane, propylene, and aluminum.
