Overview
Our mission is to convert vision into value through quality work, integrity and business excellence.
Griffin's research is produced by a small team of senior analysts. Its software coverage is led by an analyst with more than 40 years of experience at firms including Merrill Lynch, Bear Stearns and Cantor Fitzgerald, whose work has repeatedly appeared in Institutional Investor and Greenwich Associates rankings. An energy strategist recognized 17 times as an Institutional Investor All-Star covers large-cap oilfield services companies. In 2007, chief executive Adrian Stecyk said the firm focused on helping companies grow from less than $20 million in market value to more than $200 million.
Adrian Stecyk and Chrystyna Bedrij established Griffin Securities in New York in April 1997, and it registered as a broker-dealer that September. Bedrij launched the research department in 2002. The firm pairs capital raising, M&A and financial advisory work with institutional sales and proprietary research, and has no domestic or international affiliates or subsidiaries.
