Profile

ABM Industries IncorporatedABMIndustrials

Sells recurring and project-based facility, engineering, and infrastructure services across commercial properties, factories, data centers, airports, and schools. Revenue comes from fixed-price, cost-plus, hourly, transaction-based, parking, and milestone contracts, supported by a large frontline workforce and concentrated in the United States.

Provides janitorial, facilities engineering, parking and transportation, aviation support, and technical infrastructure services through Business & Industry, Manufacturing & Distribution, Aviation, Education, and Technical Solutions. Work spans offices, healthcare facilities, factories, distribution centers, data centers, airports, schools, and universities; semiconductor support now includes managed workforce and equipment services from WGNSTAR.

Uses industry-focused teams to pair recurring onsite contracts with project-based electrical, mechanical, energy, microgrid, uninterrupted-power, and electric-vehicle charging work. Operations are concentrated in the United States, with additional businesses in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Service delivery relies on a large frontline workforce, and many agreements can be canceled on short notice or re-bid at renewal. Labor availability, collective bargaining, wage regulation, and contract pricing directly shape delivery and margins.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
