Provides deposit accounts, loans, payments, brokerage and advisory services through QNB Bank. Earnings are driven primarily by the interest spread on loans, investments and funding, while relationship banking and a southeastern Pennsylvania footprint concentrate the business in one regulated Banking segment.
Operates QNB Bank, a Pennsylvania community bank serving individuals and businesses through branches across Bucks, Lehigh and Montgomery counties, with loan-production offices in Montgomery and Berks counties. Its single Banking segment includes commercial and retail banking, retail brokerage, securities and advisory services, and title-insurance participation.
Gathers deposits, originates commercial, commercial-real-estate, residential-mortgage, home-equity and consumer loans, and holds investment securities. The interest spread is the primary income source; account, card, brokerage, advisory and other service fees form a smaller stream. Relationship banking centers on local customer contact, personal service, flexible solutions, local loan decisions and digital delivery.
Faces competition for deposits and loans from banks, credit unions and non-bank providers. Products, capital, liquidity, lending and consumer-compliance processes remain subject to state and federal regulation.
