Profile

Trustmark CorporationTRMKFinancials

Provides commercial, consumer and mortgage banking alongside treasury, deposit and wealth-management services across the Southeast and Texas. Revenue comes mainly from lending and securities spreads, with mortgage, account-service and wealth fees supplementing a business whose assets sit almost entirely in its regulated bank subsidiary.

Provides commercial and consumer banking through Trustmark Bank, pairing business and household deposits with commercial, real-estate, construction and consumer lending. Treasury management and digital services support deposit relationships, while mortgage banking originates, sells and services home loans.

Adds wealth management through trust, brokerage, private banking and investment-management services. Relationship bankers connect credit, deposits and fee services across the Southeast and Texas, including the Florida Panhandle, Atlanta, Memphis and Houston.

Earns mainly from the spread between interest on loans and securities and the cost of funding, supplemented by mortgage, account-service and wealth fees. Nearly all consolidated assets sit in Trustmark Bank, leaving the holding company dependent on credit quality, interest-rate and liquidity management, bank regulation and permitted subsidiary dividends.
