Steven Fox, a sell-side technology analyst with about 25 years at firms including Merrill Lynch, CLSA and Cross Research, launched Fox Advisors in April 2020. The same month it joined Analyst Hub, a platform that gives independent analysts sales, marketing and back-office infrastructure. It continues to distribute its research through Analyst Hub.

At Fox Advisors, we pride ourselves in the fact that we always make opinionated, fact-based recommendations.
Fox Advisors seeks to understand emerging and established long-term trends in the sectors it covers. Analyst Hub's 2020 announcement said the firm also examines companies with limited analyst coverage whose influence extends across their industries, and considers regulatory and legislative developments. In 2025, the firm reaffirmed its focus on detailed company analysis amid broader economic and market uncertainty.

Over a 12-month horizon, Outperform indicates an expected price gain of at least 15%, Equal-Weight a gain or loss of less than 15%, and Underperform a decline of at least 15%.
